In the heart of Surat, amidst the bustling streets filled with the aroma of street food and sweets, lived a couple, Yogesh and Urvashi, who shared an undying love for chocolate. What started as a simple passion turned into a small venture - KBC Chocolatier - where they handcrafted chocolates from their home, pouring love into every piece.
our chocolates gained a loyal following among friends and family, but we always dreamed of bringing something unique to Indian consumers. One evening, while scrolling through social media, Urvashi came across a viral video of Kunafa Chocolate from Dubai - a rich fusion of crispy golden kunafa and creamy chocolate. The idea fascinated us.
Recreating the authentic taste was no easy task. For six months, we experimented tirelessly in our small kitchen, sourcing the finest Chocolates, perfecting the balance of sweetness, and ensuring the chocolate blended seamlessly with the crisp kunafa. Many batches failed, but our determination never wavered.
Finally, the day arrived. We broke apart a piece of their final creation - crunchy, velvety, and perfectly balanced. It was the taste of success. We launched our Kunafa Chocolate on Instagram, and the response was overwhelming. Customers loved the authentic flavors, and orders started pouring in from all over India.
We still works from home, believing that great chocolate doesn’t need a factory, just passion and precision. Our next goal? To introduce more unique varieties, blending global chocolate trends with Indian palates.
